What a CAIO actually does, made concrete
Twenty-four institutional areas. Two hundred and thirty-five proposed applications. Every one names its own pilot, the data it would need, who's accountable for it, how success is measured, and — just as deliberately — what AI would not be allowed to decide.
"AI in higher education" is usually said in the abstract. This is the same claim written out at the resolution it actually has to work at — one area, one pilot, one accountable person at a time.
How to read this. Nothing on this page is a deployed system — that's what the stamp above says, and it's true of every row. This is a working map for a discovery conversation, not a claim of institutional adoption.
